Personal Comments : Kodak 400 TX has been one of the most satisfying BW film that I have used , I do not process or print myself anymore and I do not play with exposure to much either but I feel that TX delivers a nice grain and great contrast in most situation  Good for portrait , great for street photography!

If I had to compare it with the Kodak 400 TMAX , I would say that TX has larger grains and better contrast on the other hand TMAX is known to be more versatile , gets pushed to 1600 very well and offers more possibilities for fine tuning and processing .
